Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! You can return most items within 30 days of purchase for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

🥀 Orders that used the FREE SHIPPING option can be returned for an Exchange or Store Credit Only.

If we make a mistake on an order like shipping the wrong item, size or defective product which is rare), we will make it right, just contact us to let us know.

What can be returned?

  • Items in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached (if applicable).
  • Free of any stains, smells, or damage and in resell-able condition.
  • Toys and items in retail packaging must be returned complete with all pieces and unopened packaging.

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (discounted items are final sale)
  • Items purchased with the Free Shipping promotion (can only be returned for exchange or store credit)

How to return or exchange an item:

  1. Initiate your return online: Simply visit our Returns Portal (Start your Return Here) and follow the easy steps. This will provide you with a return label and clear instructions on where to send your item.
  2. Pack your item neatly and securely: Please fold and make sure your item is well-protected during shipping. 
  3. Ship your return: Use the provided return label. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  4. Multiple Products: If you are returning more than one item, please be careful to send them to the warehouse they came from. 

Return shipping costs:

  • You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total.

Refunds:

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 business days.  
  • Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 2 business days.
  • Banks may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges:

Gifts:

If you received an item as a gift, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return upon its approval.
